Drinking the tea as well as watching it unfold to reveal the most beautiful pink amaranth flower, is itself fun. The tea is mild and has a soothing quality, and feels therapeutic and relaxing. The tea is great as an early morning drink or a late evening drink. I liked it because it soothes your frazzled nerves and makes you feel better and energizes you.

Little could I imagine that this tightly rolled up tea ball would bloom to throw up such amazing charm and absolutely ensnaring taste. As instructed, I brewed it in glass tea ware, and there opened up in front of me a colorful spectacle of green tea leaves, and flowers. The taste was soft but gratifying.
