Shipping Policy

At Prima Tea we work hard to get your teas into your hands as quick as possible. Most of our orders pack and ship within 2-3 business day. All orders shipped Fedex.

Here at Prima Tea, we take your privacy seriously. We DO NOT sell or give out any personal information collected from our customers. The information we do keep is secure on our servers using the latest computer security technology.

Return Policy

We at Prima Tea want you to be happy with all the items you ordered, and will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 30 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. There are no returns on tea samples. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted items back to us.

If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund or “store credit” for these items less a 30% restocking fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.

A restocking fee of 30% applies to shipments that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer’s dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company’s loss. We advise trying sample sizes before buying large quantities of any tea.

A restocking fee of 30% applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, or when all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when UPS returns your order to Prima Tea.

If unfortunately you are not satisfied with our product and want to make a return, please Email us at sales@primatea.com with the list of items you want to return and to receive the approval code.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post.

If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper, including the approval code received from us.
