This is a very fragrant, lightly oxidized, green oolong from the mountains of northern Taiwan.
In fact it is the most lightly oxidized of all oolong teas – just 8-10%.
The liquor possesses a gentle floral fragrance that remain on the palate long
after your last sip. This creates a beautiful balance of green tea freshness
and heavenly floral notes found in darker oolongs. Can be brewed 3 to 4 times.
